Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and set aside a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it is browned and crumbled. Drain the fat, and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and oregano to the skillet.

7. Spread one-third of the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Sprinkle with a third of the remaining mozzarella cheese.
8. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of meat sauce and the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the lasagna is bubbling.
11. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
